You don’t want pesticides and chemicals on your food…and you certainly don’t want to ingest it. It is far better to eat cleaner, fresher, and healthier foods whenever possible.
Will eating organic food lead to weight loss? Well, no one knows for sure yet. If you’re concerned about what you’re putting into your body, though, organic products may be a better option.
