Super picky....healthy weight loss foods?
I am trying to change my eating habits to lose weight, but the problem is that i'm SO PICKY. I try to force myself to eat certain things but i actually get sick. I've been this way every since I was little. I get so cranky because I am hungry but there is nothing to eat. Can anyone recommend good lunch dinner meals? Can be recipes or store bought meals. Things I like Chicken, turkey, carrots, peppers, potatoes, all fruits, cheese, rice, anything spicy, I really like chinese foodthings i DO NOT fish, hamburger meat, eggs, spinach, beans, asparagus, prob. missing a lot thanks

Hey everyone So I have recently got into working out because i really want to lose around 20 pounds. I'm 16, 5'7 and 167lbs. Does anyone have any tips on recipe's that i should eat for breakfast and lunch? I think i'm going to start bringing my lunch to school because the choices there are really unhealthy. I need stuff I can make quick and easy, and shove in my back pack with out it getting squished. I want to weigh around 145, and I currently work out a half hour every day. Thanks

So I'm trying to make a tuna salad which is preferably less than 600 calories. Can u tell me how much of each vegetable I should use? All I have is tomatoes , cucumber, cabbage, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, onion,garlic, spring onions and brocolli. And tuna. But I could u tell me also what tuna should I use Like the oil cause I've got one that's soya bean oil or something and the other is another oil. Which is healthiest? And how tuna much should I put in the salad? 3tablespoons? 4? I have no idea. Please help me I'm recovering from eating disorder and trying my best. Thanks. xx
Need weight loss food tips!?
So, I have a 21 month old son and I still have an extra 10 lbs that just won't come off. Well, I actually lost most of the initial weight after he was born, then started my VERY sedentary office job and gain 5 pounds back I am also on a budget, so I would like some examples of more economical healthy meal plans. I am 5' 6 and 134 lbs. Before I had my baby I was 122lbs, and I REALLY miss being smaller. Any tips?Thanks
