Super picky....healthy weight loss foods?
I am trying to change my eating habits to lose weight, but the problem is that i'm SO PICKY. I try to force myself to eat certain things but i actually get sick. I've been this way every since I was little. I get so cranky because I am hungry but there is nothing to eat. Can anyone recommend good lunch dinner meals? Can be recipes or store bought meals. Things I like Chicken, turkey, carrots, peppers, potatoes, all fruits, cheese, rice, anything spicy, I really like chinese foodthings i DO NOT fish, hamburger meat, eggs, spinach, beans, asparagus, prob. missing a lot thanks

Im 14, 5'7 and 169 lbs.Ive always been on the heavier side ever sence my dad passed away.Im trying to think of some really delicious foods that I can eat. They would have to be filling, and very tasty haha. I love food, and always have DIm just trying to love food, and eat the great foods, while keeping a thinner body.Any i deas on what foods I should eat more or less of?

I play tennis everyday and its a good workout, i do it sometimes twice aday and i defiantly work up a sweat. I need to start eating foods that will help me lose weight, any suggestions? and i also drink powerade after i play. Is that bad?

Okay so i'm 15 and probably 126 lbs and 5'4. I play lots of tennis so im pretty muscly but ive never really been comfortable with my body. I want to trim my sides big time and my thighs. Does anyone have any exersize tips that will help for that? AND, any eating plans & ideas to help me lose some fat.

Hello. Im about 300 pounds. im 5'3 and 16. Im not here for people to be mean, I get enough of that. So I will flag you if you are. Anyways... Im currently home for summer break so have access to a full kitchen but when im in school I have to buy healthy school food HA, not happening Pack, and I MAY if im lucky have access to a microwave. So i need ideas for lunch, what to eat...I am SO picky though and Dont like alot of stuff. I was thinking while i am home to grill chicken everyday....but with what? And ideas for school? what to pack for lunch? and ideas for breakfast that dont take too long...I hate cereals and everything though. i do like eggs.. anyways, i need breakfast and lunch ideas. that arent to hard, and im picky..and how much and what should i do for working out? I have a gym membership.Psh,gotta love spammers...jeez.

So I am off on holiday in 2 months and want to shift a few lbs I was thinking about doing a diet of boiled chicken fillet small portion of brown rice and steam veg is this adequate or is it more of a meal suited to body builders as I seen jodie marsh eating stuff like this..????

I need to lose 30 pounds before summer arrives, and I need help. I'm a rider, so I ride on a daily basis, I do zumba, and I'm also going to get back into exercising, starting tomorrow actually. And I need some help with the food. I'm going to be putting up a list of what I'm going to eat, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I know I need to drink a lot of water. It's the food list I need, foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and I would really appreciate it, if you'd help me put my list up Especially you who have done this, and has had a good experience with the foods, etc.Thanks
