What are some good weight loss foods/snacks?
I'm a college student so I don't have access to much more than a basic refrigerator no freezer and microwave. I'm trying to keep up a healthy diet and exercise to lose weight, usually my meals consist of protein shakes, salads, cereal, some fruit most oranges . I wanted to go shopping today so I can avoid the fairly unhealthy food at my dining hall but I'm not really sure what I should buy.I want some easy to prepare meals snacks that don't need more than basic refrigeration for storage and don't need to be cooked or can just be microwaved .Anyone have some ideas for me? Right now my list only consists of Oranges Cheerios YogurtOh also I have this rice cooker thing which is basically a bowl on a hotplate where I can boil water for noodles. I was under the impression that noodles contain too much sodium and are usually not good, but if someone knows of healthy types let me know.

I'm looking for feedback from anyone who has used Jenny Craig, Nutri System, Bistro M.D. or any other food delivery weight loss program. I'm interested in knowing opinions about price, quality of food, reliability, effectiveness of program and any other useful information. I'm not looking for any other weight loss advice or opinions I'm specifically interested in weight loss food delivery plans.

Need weight loss food tips!?
So, I have a 21 month old son and I still have an extra 10 lbs that just won't come off. Well, I actually lost most of the initial weight after he was born, then started my VERY sedentary office job and gain 5 pounds back I am also on a budget, so I would like some examples of more economical healthy meal plans. I am 5' 6 and 134 lbs. Before I had my baby I was 122lbs, and I REALLY miss being smaller. Any tips? Thanks
